1. Returns:
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for any purchased items. All sales are final. Please carefully review your order before completing the purchase to ensure it meets your requirements.
2. Refunds:
We do not offer refunds for any products purchased through our uniform shop. Once a purchase is made, it is considered final. In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to find a resolution.
3. Defective or Damaged Items:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us via email at eastmaitlandnetballclub@hotmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Attach clear photos of the damaged or defective product, and one of our volunteers will assist you in resolving the issue.
4. Size Exchanges:
We understand that ordering sizing online can be difficult. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us within 7 days OR next playing day [whichever comes first] of receiving your order.The item must be unworn in their original state with tags attached. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the size exchange.
